- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you have medicaid prepare to be treated differently. It was great at first the staff was great they even occupied my daughter while I got xrays. Then we had to reschedule an appointment. With exactly 25 hours notice I called to cancel. They made it sound like I offended them. All I wanted to do was reschedule for two weeks out and they said they wouldn't do it. They were unable to hold time for us again but would call us when they have an opening. That's what I want to be on call for my dentist. I am sure it has to do with medicaid patients and the amount of time the give to them. I just told them we would go elsewhere and hung up.
